Starting point is from Pomena, the biggest ferry boat stop on the island, where multiple of the boats that connect our island with mainland and other islands anchor.
Situated at the westernmost point of the island of Mljet and frequented by numerous mini cruisers and catamarans connecting it with other islands and the mainland, Pomena serves as our second starting location. Drawing in diverse visitors with the island’s only hotel and an array of enticing restaurants, it makes for an ideal setting to savour a cocktail or indulge in dinner while witnessing a breathtaking sunset from the best vantage point on the island.
Our journey commences near the Odysseus Hotel, where, following a warm introduction and briefing, we set our course towards the lakes. Before reaching the national park entrance, you’ll enjoy the panoramic views of the lakes, the islet of St. Mary, and the enchanting nature surrounding us. Thanks to our top-quality e-bikes and their powerful engines, the ride will be a pure delight. Upon reaching the quaint village of Goveđari, we’ll pause briefly to present the history of the location, its inhabitants, and their customs. We will continue downhill through narrow paths, surrounded by lush gardens and olive groves.
